Instructions for gel:

1. Apply base color (optional).
2. Apply a layer of chrome bond/base or non-wipe gel topcoat.
3. Use a sponge tipped eyeshadow applicator, make up sponge or a silicone brush to buff a thin layer of flakes onto nail surface. 
4. Brush off excess flakes off the nail
5. Apply a layer of builder/hard gel to prevent chipping (optional)
6. Seal with gel top coat & cure.
